In case your personal identifications (username, disposer numbers, PINs, TANs, etc.) for access to your RZB Cash Management Online service is transferred to someone else or one of your means of identification is lost, you are urged to block your access as soon as possible in order to prevent misuse.


As an emergency measure please use the available means for changing your access data or to block your access on your own (please find details within the product descriptions provided or consult the online help features).

Please store these numbers on your mobile device in order to have them readily available.
Please make a Notification of Loss at the authorities nearby and indicate details of time and place of the loss.

 General Security Terms:

• The means of identification are to be kept secret. It has to be ensured that third parties do not have access to any identification devices. If the transmission of TAN is agreed via mobile devices, it has to be ensured that no third party has access to these mobile devices telephone numbers.
• The PIN has to be changed on a regular basis, at least every second month.
• If the suspicion arises that unauthorized third parties have information about the means of identification, the user is obliged to perform the steps as set out within the terms of participation.
• All entered data has to be thoroughly checked for correctness and completeness before they are released.
• Releasing data is only allowed if a secure connection to the RZB Cash Management Online Services is established.
