We, RZB syndicate desk have the primary responsibility for organizing a given bond issuance. Our team assesses market conditions, negotiates terms with the origination  and sales departments, and manages the purchase and distribution of a new issue of securities. Frequently, we also create a group of other banks that will take some of the new issue in order to spread the risk.
